These Terms apply to the TokenizLand demonstration platform accessible at land-rw.vercel.app ("the Platform"). The operating legal entity ("the Operator") will be identified in this section prior to any regulated launch. Contact: hello@tokenizland.io.
Information on the Platform — including the investment risk score, AI committee analyses, regulatory-framework summaries, and price labels — is provided for informational and demonstration purposes only and does not constitute investment, legal, tax, or financial advice, nor a solicitation, offer, or recommendation to buy, sell, subscribe for, or trade any asset or security. Consult a licensed professional before making any real-world investment decision.
The Platform references public regulatory frameworks, government agencies, and industry standards (for example, capital-markets authorities, land-registry systems, satellite data providers, and token standards). All such references are for informational purposes and constitute nominative fair use. No sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation with any named regulator, agency, service, or third party is claimed or implied. All trademarks and registered names remain the property of their respective owners.
See the Privacy Policy for how the Platform handles personal data.
The Platform's source code, design, copy, and the AI committee reasoning generated by the Platform are the intellectual property of the Operator (or its licensors). You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without written permission, save for personal, non-commercial browsing.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is constituted, to be identified at launch. Any dispute shall be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction, or by binding arbitration if agreed by the parties in writing. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable statutory right you may have under your local consumer-protection law.
These Terms may be updated as the Platform evolves. The Effective date above reflects the current version; continued use after a material update constitutes acceptance.
